ADORABLE BOX

Hello again,

I have just finished making a cute little Easel Card Drawer and thought that I should show it to you.

The little 3"x3" cards fit inside the drawer. Such an adorable set for a present for someone special.
The stamp set that I used is a new set called Vintage Vogue available on 1st April in our new mini catalogue. The base of the box and cards is also another new product, a color called Soft Suede. I paired them up with Really Rust and Very Vanilla and some retired Outlaw Designer Paper and Voila!!!
I just love everything about this project and would love to show you how to make it. Just contact me and we can get together.

Thanks for looking.

BIRTHDAY INVITATIONS

Hi,

Recently one of my friends came and asked me to make some invites for his wife's birthday. It is going to be formal affair so I thought that the invitations should have a formal feel too. I knew that I wanted to use the Baroque Motifs set (it just happens to be my favourite!!). I think that the large flourish stamp is just gorgeous and so elegant. So I did a bit of web surfing to get some inspiration and this is what I found.

I would love to say that this is my design but alas, it isn't. The stamper who made this is called HappiLeaSatampin' from Splitcoast Stampers. She made her card for a 25th wedding anniversary invite, but it was just perfect for what I wanted it for. The photos really don't do it any justice.

The colours used are: Basic Black, Whisper White and Brushed Silver. I have embossed he front panels with Silver embossing powder and then used the Five Petal Flower punch to make the embellishment.

Thanks for looking.

CLEAN AND SIMPLE

Hi all,

I thought I would share this little card with you. I cased it off a card that I saw while I was web surfing one day. Can't remember where I saw it though (sorry to whoever it belongs to!!).

This is one of those cards that look stunning with very little work at all. It is also great for using up those scraps that are always lying around the craft room.

The colours used were Riding Hood Red, Pacific Point, Kiwi Kiss and Pink Pirouette. The only Stampin' Pad used was Basic Black.

Thanks for looking.

ALIENS AND FAIRIES

This post has nothing to do with Stampin' Up! but I thought I would share these with you. After school I look after 3 extra children as well as my own two and on a Thursday my Mum comes over and does craft projects with them. Today we made aliens and fairies out of terracotta pots and pipe cleaners and a whole heap of glitter.

The kids thoroughly enjoyed making these. I thought that they all did a fantastic job. What do you think?

LOTS OF DOTS!!!

Today I thought I would show you a sweet little bag and card that any girl is bound to love. I found the tutorial by Dawn Griffiths on YouTube and thought it was too cute to pass up having a play. :)

This set is made out of Real Red, Green Galore, Basic Black and Whisper White. The only ink used is Basic Black. All the dots are made using a pencil that has an eraser on the end and just inking up the eraser and randomly dotting over the Real Red cardstock (so simple, yet so effective). The lady bug itself is made out of three scallop circles and a 1 14/" circle and of course the Scalloped Edge Punch was used on the Green Galore.

This is such a cool set and so easy to make. If you want to learn to make this I would love to show you how.
